This spool rack is inspired by the RepRack system. I wasn’t entirely satisfied with some aspects of the Reprack design, but I found inspiration in it for this setup. This rack is designed to work well with spools, cereal containers, polydry boxes, and boxed filament. I constructed the rack using ½ electrical conduit from Lowe’s. Here’s the link to the product: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Common-1-2-in-Actual-50-In-Metallic-Emt-10-ft-Conduit/3129551 The conduit caps are secured using M6x10mm hardware to expand the caps. I recommend using PETG, ASA, ABS, or similar filaments as these are slightly more flexible than PLA. I’m still refining the pins that lock the cleats in place. Instead of printing these parts, you can use 25mm M6 screws. I attached the cleats to my struds using wood construction screws. You should be able to rip your own cleats out of ¾ wood instead of printing these parts, but I haven’t tested this yet. If you try wood cleats, please share your pictures and let me know how
