Simple Filament Stand

Just a simple filament roll stand I created. Designed to be used with 14mm dowel I got from local hardware store.

1. Print two copies of RollStand.stl
2. Cut two pieces of dowel to your desired length
3. Push the dowels into the printed parts (No glue required)

Note: For longer runs of dowels you may wish to place an extra printed part in the middle to prevent sagging. (should be able to just simply push it further down the dowels)

Also included is some legs I created for use in a Ikea Kallax cube so you can get two rows of filament in a section.

1. Create two roll stands with dowel lengths of 330mm
2. Print two copies of RollStandLegs.stl
3. Place the two completed roll stands in the Kallax section, sitting the back one on top of the legs. (You may wish to glue the legs to the side to the Kallax to prevent wobble. I didn't bother)
