This is a remix with only one 45 degree angle to make the cleat easier only having to cut one edge. You still slide the hook onto the cleat from the side so it won't fall off when under load. The cleat slot in the hook is 62 mm on the long side, 17 mm deep, and 45mm on the short side. I cut a 45 degree angle into a 1"x3" to get my cleat.
