Simple GPU Support for Tall Builds

I modified the base stand to be 128.5mm from the original 65mm. Together with the lock ring and screw from the original, this allows stands ranging from 149mm (with no lock ring) to 183mm. This build also gets rid of the problem in the original where there are missing layers in the cylinder.

Longer stands like this may not be useful in small builds but in tall cases and reverse builds such as the Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo, they come in very handy.
