Simple, Manual UTM

A manual UTM for applying tensile and compressive load on CT specimen. Load applied via adjusting fine-threaded nuts on the upper beam. The base legs are bolted to a table. The entire setup will be submerged in a container filled with water, to perform immersion NDT on the CT specimen.
