Simple Paper Towel Holder

This is just a simple paper towel holder I made for our bathroom at work while we get the automatic dispenser replaced. The inner piece is 1.5 inches in diameter.The only assembly is the feet click into the bottom of the holder. They should be pretty snug but you can use glue if they fall out.
