They will be used to hold the paracord in place while you are weaving. The stakes are for outdoors and for the hooks you can hang one end to an object and the other to a weight. To measure the cord, wrap the end of paracord around your wrist and add a little extra length. Take that measurement and multiply it by 12 and cut it. Fold the cord in half, feed it through one of the
