This is a simple R.O.V, with 3 motors and a simple frame. It is easily controlled by a joystick.
In fact, someone called lukewd, a teacher from texas, finished this project succesfully. No one knows what happened to him and his made (gives error 404). Anyway, the video HE made is still there:
