I’ve made a bunch of wooden sanding blocks in the past using wood and cork, and figured it was time to see how a printed version would turn out. Honestly, I’m really happy with the result. The design is simple and uses a wedge system to lock the sandpaper in place. These blocks are sized for a half‑sheet of standard sandpaper. Just cut an 8×11 sheet down the middle, wrap it around the block, and use the printed wedge to secure it tight. I printed six in total so I can keep two blocks ready for each of my most-used grits: 60, 120, and 220. Boost MePlease like and boost, your support is really appreciated
