Tired of prints sagging over time, I tried designing a sturdy hook for my Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros. Should work without any further modification for the entirety of the DTXX0 line. The design accommodates for headbands up to 40mm wide and 22mm tall (if they're foam, you might be able to squeeze in a couple mm more).
The holes were designed around some screws I just had laying around, so I have no idea what type they might be. According to my measurements, they should be 10 mm long, 4 mm in diameter with a 1.5 mm pitch.
Feel free to remix around your needs, or suggest improvements :3
## Print settings ##
* Supports: No
* Layer height: 0.2mm
* Perimeters: 5
* Infill: 25%
* Wall printing order: inner/outer
* Surface pattern: concentric (I just think it looks nicer)
* Notes: print on the side for maximum strength. I may have gone overkill to prevent sagging, but feel free to lower perimeter count and infill % to 3 and 15%, respectively (not tested).
