SIGN WITH CHANGEABLE NAMEPLATESNote: I wanted to upload this for the school essentials contest, which completes Sept 25, 2024. Please note that the design still needs the following and I will upload new versions as I complete modifications:* Nameplate and Title tolerance is too tight, need to increase tolerance* Screws are too small to be usable. I will increase the size of the screws and the holes.* Screws do not currently align with allen wrenches. I will tweak the size to be more readily usable.When I spoke to several staff members at my local school about a potential 3D printable solution for something they deal with, the resounding answer was, "NEW NAMEPLATES!"The need was for nameplates that we could print off to replace (multiple) existing solutions, including nameplates and titles that can be swapped. I added some printed screws to keep students from swapping nameplates randomly.As evidenced in the photo:* The base of the sign includes the logo (top left) and the room number (top right)* I used the larger plate for the individual's name* The second (smaller) nameplate includes the individual's title.PRINT SETTINGSSince these will be printed off at our local school, I tried to maintain simplicity in the print settings.* Layer Height: 0.2* First Layer: 0.2* Wall Loops: 2* Infill Density: 15%* Infill Pattern: Grid* Supports: None needed* Brim: I recommend an Outer Brim with a width of 5mmCOLOR SETTINGSYour results will depend on your color choices, however, if you are interested in what I used in the corresponding picture, it is as follows:Base Image:* Begin with black* Layer 16 (3.20 mm) change to white* Layer 19 (3.8 mm) change to orangeRemovable Name Plates* Begin with black* Layer 7 (1.4 mm) change to white
