UPDATE: Have added a heavy duty version for printing only with no screw, this one should be strong as long as you print the parts in the same orientation as the model.
Printing the spool holder part this way ensures the load is spread across the layers rather than the bond between layers.
The part that holds the spool will need some supports and a fairly high res layer height (.100-.200) to make sure it stays in dimensions with the curves. Make sure you use supports from base-plate only otherwise you might get them in the hole for the spool holder..

An extended version to print normal sized spools, I added a hole to put an m4 screw (up to 40mm in length) in to the part of the spool holder that has strain on it to make sure it doesn't snap.
