I am running out of space in my display shelves for my minis and wanted to be able to stack them to fit more. I resized Shaun1nuahs' design to fit my needs (I don't need to transport minis):
- Removed retention bar
- Lowered height
- Increased size of tray to maximize print size on Prusa MK3S and to fit in my shelves (tray is 225 x 170mm)
- Separated columns so I could vary the height (short version is 41mm tall with an additional 14mm with each size up)
- Each tray fits 44 minis with 25mm bases (the actual diameter of the holes are 28mm so there is wiggle room)

I actually superglue the columns to each tray like in the original design once I choose the height that I need. Then I can dry stack trays more easily without the columns falling off.

Edit: Uploaded 32mm bases and flat with no circles.
