A simple universal spool holder.
It features a 608 bearing to smoothen the unspooling.
Required hardware:
1x 608 Bearing (Im using a 608RS)
1x M6 Nut
1x M6 Screw ~35mm
2x M3 Screw (to mount the spoolholder)
I designed this to fit onto 1515 extrusions for my Voron 0, but as long as you can screw it down it will work.
To assemble you push the bearing and spacer stack into the conical shell, Spacer_A is first inserted, then the bearing, then the Spacer_B (with the smaller opening)
The M6 nut is press fit into the mount part and gets bolted down to the Printer with M3 screws.
The M6 screw is the pushed through the shell and bearing/spacer stack, then the plug is added. The plug has an access hole to screw it down. Dont tighten it down fully, so it can spin freely.
The Spacer_B Part will look 2-3mm outside of the shell. This is intended.
You may want to adjust the size of the spacers and plug to have a nice snug fit.
Enjoy!
