This is a simple laptop stand i designed in Fusion 360. I cut mine on a laser cutter out of 3mm ply. I've included STL files and DXF files so these parts can be 3D printed too.
You'll need 2 legs and 2 braces. I cut these from a single 200x200mm sheet of plywood then glued it together with superglue. If 3D printing, depending on the size of your bed you could get all 4 parts in one print job.
So far very sturdy and hold the laptop at a slight angle in the event you want to have the screen open and still in the stand.
The pocket that holds the laptop is 30mm. So measure yours first to make sure it will fit. my stand is holding a 15" Lenovo Ideapad. I originally thought i might need 3 legs, but 2 has been just fine.
