Simple water pump / gear pump

This is a small gear pump, i once made for a watering system.

One advantage of this design is, that you dont necissarily need a high RPM motor. You can also use it with a simple power drill.
The smaller the tolerance between case and gears are, the better will be the pressure you can build up! Also a smoothly printed surface will improve the performance of this design.

For even better performance you can seal the lid of the case.

For pressing the lid on the case i used the screws, that came with a SG90 servor motor.
One M2x6 screw should do the trick.

If you dont have a screw by hand, you might also glue the lid on the case while you apply pressure. This way you also seal it.

The output connector is fitted for an hose with an outer diameter of 6mm.
