This is a truncation of the 4D Simplex. It is made from 5 octahedrons, 5 cubeoctahedrons and 10 triangular prisms. The 1010 refers to the Coxeter diagram for describing a uniform polytope. There as a 1 if the node is circled a zero if it is not.
