Simplified EDH Deck Box with gears

Further simplified the deck box to reduce the number of individual printed pieces, as well as reduce the complexity of the post-print assembly
- Attached the bottom plate to the case itself, and set up the gear racks to be inserted from the top
- Made the hinged pieces a single piece with print-in-place hinges
- Widened the hole on the hinge connecting to the box to allow a piece of filament to be used over a brad
- Reduced the overall height of the box to limit wasted space
- Removed externally printed pins and added pins directly to base
- Removed gaps between hinge pieces and side panels
