Simplified Face Shield - by STEAM FUN

This is a remix of the popular Brazil HeadBand face shield frame on PRUSA (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27623-headband-brasil-v3).

The original design takes close to 2hr to print. We removed the front beam to save some print time. This modification is also partially inspired by the Apple's minimalist face shield design (with one beam instead of two as in the Brazil headband).

This shield frame can be printed in under an hour. With the recommended setting it consumes about 5.5 meters of filament (comparing to the original 8.37m). This will allows us to produce about 60 such shields from a 1KG spool of filament (instead of less than 40 with the original design).

Its small profile also make it easy to print using a printer with small build volume, or to place two frames onto one bed to reduce printing overhead.
