Simplified LED bridge lamp

This is an engineers redesign of the LED Bridge lamp by Opossums. Only 5 connectors and two bridge bases are required to be printed. The remainder of the parts are sourced from your local hardware.

The bridge is scalable by increasing the length of the threaded rod sections and the height can be increased by simply increasing the length of the lower two threaded rods.

Components required (For standard 1500mm x 600mm height).
- 6 x 5mm x 300mm threaded rods
- 4m x 0,5mm plastic coated steel cable
- 12 x 5mm nuts
- 5m LED strip kit
- 4 x 300mm x 20mm strip Correx/ aluminium
- 1 x cable clamp

Once printed, the structure is threaded together on its side. The threaded rod will be difficult to insert. It may be useful to tap the holes first with an M5 tap. Align all the connectors and lock them in by tightening the M5 nut onto the connector. Thread the cable through the holes. Do not cut the cable - continuously thread the cable from one side of the base to the other
