Simplified Mask Ear Relief

Protects ears from the face mask elastic that will otherwise squash or rub against ears.

Removed spare hooks from original design (instead, print different sizes of this thing to match head circumference).

Removed centre rectangle from original design to allow hair to fit through the gap (which also holds the thing in place) e.g. a with pony tail!
