SimpliSafe doorbell case

Without any kind of modifications, the SimpliSafe doorbell could be stolen by a knowledgeable thief within about 15 seconds. This case makes it much harder to steal, and makes the doorbell visually blend in with the house better.

I recommend against using PLA for this, as it gets soft at lower temperatures than other plastics, and the sun will beat down hard on your doorbell case during hot summer days.

I found it easiest to print the case face-down. After printing, sand it for a better look.

Follow the instructional images to install. To uninstall, you will need to use a sharp tool to break through any wood filler or caulk you may have used, then for each of the two wedges, drive a screw partway into the top and pull up on the screw to pull out the wedge. Then you can pull the case straight out from the wall.
