Simplon Kibo pully protector

I switched from a remote dropper post to a pully operated one. Unfortunately the Simplon Kibo has no internal routing into the seat post. Therefore I used the threaded opening where normally the front derailleur sits. To protect the pully from the threads this housing fits into place.



Secure it with a ziptie.

The pully still operates smoothly and is now somewhat protected.



I printed it with TPU to keep it flexible, don't make it too stiff.

Note: This is designed to use the Bikeyoke premium pully set with 3mm outer diameter.
