This is a case for a thermometer for healthcare simulation. Inside the case a display screen, battery, Arduino microcontroller, and a Bluetooth transceiver simulate a patient thermometer. The instructor can vary the temperature displayed.
The face (front) of the case should be glued on the main body; which type of adhesive you use depends upon the material you've selected. I've left a rectangular space open on the right hand side for a small master power switch.
The back of the case is attached with small screws (M3 8mm plastic tapper) so that the batteries can be changed.
I've made the original from white ABS which seems to work quite well.
I've updated these files with a few minor corrections. (1) I've left more room for the AAA batteries and holder. The holder now sits in notches in the lower end of the main body. (2) I've left more room for the screw heads to be counter sunk. (3) I've made the face a little bit neater.
