Single Breaker lock out

LOTO ( Lock-out, Tag-out) is a safety measure to block any source of energy to prevent Kill/injure workers. In this case this Lock-out device Locks a single circuit breaker in the off position. It needs a bolt and nut and a padlock. Nut goes in the cavity and the bolt in the small orifice with the head toward the padlock holes. Place it in the circuit breaker in the off position an tighten the screw so the lock-out stays firm and put the padlock. The padlock will not allow to remove the screw.
PLEASE NOTE: Anybody working with electrical power should Check the lines with the proper tools to make sure there is no power. This device only makes aware other persons that the circuit breaker is turned off for safety reasons. IF SOMEONE FORCES IT, IT WILL COME OFF. ADD A TAG STATING THE PURPOSE OF THE LOCKOUT.
