Single Checklist Blank/Customizable

Saw the sorry state my parents indicator for whether their coffeemaker/peculator was "loaded", so I wanted to try and make a checklist option.I've left them blank so you can add your own imagery and/or text. Overall It is small and light, so while the stand isn't the sturdiest, it works fine to lean the checklist back on (it might not work if you scale it up too much - I haven't tried).You'll have to glue (tape or blu-tack should work just as good) to secure the front plate.There is one version for AMS, and one without.Customize and remix at your hearts content!
