5mm ID Flanged Ball Bearing (14mm OD, 5mm Thickness) - 2 Pack

also:
4 4mmx10mm hex head bolts
1 1/4" washer

you can print as low as 15% infill but recommend 80% Use a good filament I tested with pla Meta.

Press bearings in carefully from the inside, its a tight fit.
