A minimal box to hold two servos with a single eye. The initial intent was to be used for a “wall of eyes” for a halloween trunk-or-treat display.
The box is as small as I could get it so I can pack as many eyes as close as possible and minimal servos per eye. I also wanted it to be easy to assemble by having templates for the screws to bite into and simply grab into the plastic (instead of holes + nuts). It's a design that is a little more fragile when taken apart and re-assembled but offers a quicker build and longer life (since it is less likely to become lose).
The eyes are built to be faster to build as well, the original cast-eye suggested by Will took too long and produced fantastic output but wasn't needed for this display. The eyes are simply dry-brush painted, glued iris using 14mm cabochons and covered in either fiberglass resin or XTC-3D.
