I needed a box to house a single network jack keystone and couldn't find a good one so I made one.

Features:
No supports needed!
No hardware needed!
It just clips together!
A hole to put a ziptie through!

It's designed to use double-sided foam tape to stick to whatever surface you need a network jack on. If you want to screw it down there's a separate base with a countersunk screw hole (keystone_jack_base_screw.stl).
The bottom hole is for shoving a screwdriver through to release the keystone

I printed mine out of PETG so that it flexes easily if you need to open it. I see no reason why you can't print it out of PLA, it'll just be a little stiffer. You may get a little bridging on the underside of where the keystone goes but it shouldn't be an issue (at least it wasn't for my keystones)
