Sipeed Longan Pi3H case base

Having bought one of these tiny SBCs in early Jan, and printed their case, I couldn't get their case top / bottom DXF to work, so I designed my own. This is designed to press fit into the bottom of the case design they provide, with a small amount of additional ventilation to supplement what's in the case sides.
