Size Test Box

I‘m tired of throwing away various test cubes just after printing (and taking one or two measurements). So I designed a test object to fine tune your steps/mm, extruder settings, filament parameters, etc. that can have an actual use (beside to being test print).

It‘s a small and stack-able tray with various measure points for X and Y calibration.
I use it to organize all these little things like screws, washers, clips, etc. when working on a project.

Use the Excel sheet to calculate extrusion with compensated step/mm settings.
Take the measurements at the indicated positions (both from inside and outside) and fill in the yellow fields and the updated steps/mm will be computed in the green field.
