SK-GO drag chain support

This is a remix of the cable support that comes with the SK-GO kit. I modified it to mount the drag chain and added an extra hole to zip tie the cables out of the belt path.
Below is a link to the Drag chain I used in this install.
You will need to ream out the holes of the link that attaches to the extruder plate so they will match up with the existing mounting holes provided.
