Skadis Board Connector Bracket

This is an alternative IKEA Skadis board connector that serves two purposes: it connects two boards with a very stiff connection and adds an additional column of holes between the boards. It occupies only two holes per column as the bracket itself provides regular Skadis holes. The thickness of the front part of the bracket is 5mm. There are two variants available with different tolerances: 4.75mm and 5mm. Without knowing your exact setup, I recommend the 4.75mm variant unless inserting the bracket proves impossible. If you are uncertain about which variant to use, try this Hooks Clearance Tester first. Use the 2 hooks variant and test it on the sides that you plan to connect. This bracket requires that both boards are already mounted to the wall and that the side columns are not blocked.
