SKÅDIS heat-insert mount

I finally purchased some SKÅDIS board for my printer closet and realized how bowed the drywall was so I decided to make a simple mount for the bottom screws of the SKÅDIS board so it didn't make a noise every time I walked by.The heat-insert nuts go on the top side of the screw body to ensure you can tighten them as much as needed without fear of ever having the plastic fatigue away. The screw body is inserted into the main housing and has a flathead screw design so you can easily tension it once the main housing is fixed to the wall. Ensure that your heat-insert nut is placed deeply enough into the screw body and and you will have plenty of threads to work with. I inserted mine flush and there were only a few threads grabbing once I inserted the SKÅDIS mounting screw.I printed mine in PLA and have no fear that they will hold up for a long time.
