Skadis Holder for PS4 Controller

I modified the forked holder of the awesome Universal Hook Set to fit a PS4 controller. I also modified the hook so it's enclosed within the fork part so the whole thing is more flush with the Skadis board.

THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE ORIGINAL HOOK!

When printing, put the hook part on the side.
