SKÅDIS Mounting spacers

These spacers allow an even wall mount distance of 22 mm using IKEA's original mounting hardware. IKEA's hardware varies by 2 mm otherwise. They also avoid having the board resting directly on the screw thread. The variant with holes are for the feet, while the ones without are for the mounting bar. Twisting them seems effective for removing them from the build plate.
