Skate Wheel

Roller skate wheels!

I wanted to try printing a bunch of roller skate wheels cause my friend needs new ones. but they're $40ish a set which is 5 dollars a wheel, these come out to about $1 a wheel or $8 a set.

I have printed an entire set, I couldn't tell the difference with one skate of these wheels and one skate of non-3dprinted wheels (although i usually skate inlines so take that with a grain of salt)

The tire should be printed in 100% infill TPU (i recommend concentric infill or just setting the shells to be really high)
I also recommend testing it with about 10-20% infill to test if the allowance is right for your printer

The inner hub I printed at 20% in PLA but it probably doesn't matter that much

You're gonna need to pop this sucker in a vise to press the tire onto the hub, put wood on either vise jaw so you don't mangle the wheel.
Place the wider part of the hub against the wood also so it doesn't mangle the wheel.
