This two-part 3D-printed mount secures any standard credit-card-sized ID. The top and bottom pieces sandwich your goggle strap, utilizing the natural curve of your helmet to apply pressure and hold the pass securely in place. The google strap shown in the photo is about 1mm in thickness. Since both the printed piece and the strap are somewhat flexible, you should be able to install it on a thicker strap (to a degree).
