I designed these clamps to allow me to use this skil router for a cnc machine I'm building.
It was excessively difficult to model the arbitrary, non-symmetric curve they used on it.
Here it is, enjoy!
The profiles for the router are in the .dxf file. from that file, you can also modify the extrusion perimeter.
Print it heavy, at least 4 outside layers. heavy fill.
I suggest a metal bracket right across the top of the 3d print.
