Skimmer Basket v2

A remix in order to provide an alternative, stronger, and simpler to use connection between the lid and the skimmer. The previous version required a "snap-fit", which was prone to breaking, either during initial fit, or after accidentally knocking off the lid when emptying the basket and then having to refit. The new connection is much stronger, and applied by twisting the lid onto the top of the basket. Once you can no longer turn, the lid is fully connected. Though it does not physically lock into position, the lid will not fall off or be removable without effort.

I can add an additional model with 0.4mm tolerances if needed.
