This is a way to create your own custom Flexiwheels for SkipDr optical disk repair devices. The wheels are increasingly hard to find so I tried making my own. I also wanted to make my own wheels to not be limited to the single grit on the Flexiwheels. If you have really bad, deep scratches, you can try starting with courser grits like 6000 or 8000. This will let you remove more material quickly (but you also risk scratching the disk worse so be careful). Then move on to 10000 or even 15000 to finish. I would make a wheel for each grit.
**Be sure to print this out of TPU so it is flexible enough to not damage your disks.**
What you'll need:
* One of these wheels printed with TPU
* Very fine (10000 grit or finer) sandpaper that's OK for wet sanding
* Double-sided 3M adhesive (stronger the better)
* A ruler or straight edge
* A sharp cutting instrument like an X-acto
