Skoda Superb reversing camera bracket

After viewing [Lutz's excellent tutorial](https://youtu.be/5ZkOjmaM5ZI) on how to add a reversing camera to a Skoda Superb Gen2 I decided to give it a go. I wanted a bracket to hold it in place (similar to the metal one the original boot switch has) rather than just rely on friction like he did, which requires the hole to be perfect size.

I printed this in ABS with 20% infill. It has 4mm walls so should easily be strong enough as long as you don't screw the bolts down too tight.
