UPDATE! I now added two photos of the finished helmet. I just used my soldering iron to weld the pieces together, and I used the pads for an old bike helmet for the inside. Then it was just spray paint. My apologies for two things, one for the weird blurred out photo (I prefer not to show my face) and for the skyrim nerds that I didn't paint it in the right color. However, I chose only black and gold to match my costume.
I wanted to print this helm to wear at the Renaissance Festival this year, but of course a whole helmet did not fit on my print bed. I split it into a bunch of parts with Microsoft 3d builder, and while the splits will probably mean some fine detail is sacrificed it should be fine.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Each part has a flat side where the cut was. MAKE SURE TO ORIENT THE PARTS CORRECTLY to save the most time and material. For example, the three crest parts should lie on their side, un
