I designed this Skyrim key chain using Autodesk Inventor. I printed it with ABS filament using my robotics team's XYZ da Vinci 1.0 printer on the "excellent" quality setting, slow print speed, 0.1mm layer height, and 90%(solid) infill density. I scaled the x-axis to be 1 inch(25.4 mm). Post-Processing included sanding it with 120 grit and 220 grit sandpaper, cleaning up all the edges using an X-ACTO knife, and treating it with an acetone vapor bath.
