SLA Release Buttons

Marko Tadros had the very clever idea to create an inverse beveled circle to make releasing his prints easily. This is possible because Moonray S and other SLA printers can print at very steep overhang angles. You can simply drop this at the edge of your support raft, and your spatula will pop the print right off.

My feeling is that having a polygon instead of a round circle will give you more purchase with your prying tool and result in an even easier removal. But the only way to know is to release this into the wild and let everyone experiment!

So I give you my take on the ER buttons. I've included 3, 5, 6, 7 and completely round version. My rendition has the same release angle, but a hollow beveled top so you can see it easier and also save a few drops of resin.
