Slashlight Stand 2.0

A modern, strong, tall flashlight stand. I thought about posting it as a remix to "Stand for Mini LED Flashlight by Smidge204" but I realized I changed so much it might as well be a new thing. Oh, I can't uncheck the Remix checkbox, and I'm too far into detailing it for me to start over. Oh well...

Design tips:
- Under-size the flashlight diameter by 0.5mm to prevent it simply sliding out.
- Keep the base thin and flexible enough so you can wedge the pillars apart to fit the hinge axle. The hinge cannot be inserted from the top.
- The pillars probably don't need much infill, or any at all. The base, however, does!
- Thicker arm thickness means thicker hinge axle means more friction.
- I might try with increased hinge_length the next time, for even more friction. This is the length of the axle on either side.
