==============================================
**Description:**
This holder is designed to slide a low-force plunger dial indicator smoothly along parallel printer rails. Specifically, the sled is designed to fit 2x 8mm rails, spaced 70mm apart - like in my Flashforge Creator Pro.
**Tool:**
Shars dial indicator (SKU 303-3111B),with 1" (0.001" graduations). $13 on their website! I can vouch for this being accurate to the thousandth - I checked every 0.100" between 0.000" and 1.000" with NIST-traceable precision gauge blocks :-)
**Printing:**
Orientation is shown above. This is a trick to get precision features out of a non-precise manufacturing method. Here's why:
Bead stack-up on locating features. Laying the model flat causes a "stepped" effect on the low locating triangles, causing the dial's cylindrical bod
