Sleeved card holder

Yet another card holder.

I have included the openscad file so you can adjust the size and options to your liking.
The holder comes with a top window so if used with dominion cards (and maybe some others) you can see the title of the card.

The walls are thin to remove fill on my .4mm extruder. If you have another size the wall can be adjusted in the settings.
