This is not meant to be printed in Vase Mode.
In its original form it is 142 mm tall and 80 mm at its widest point with 2.4 mm walls and bottom. If you do any resizing in your slicer it will auto adjust the wall thickness.
The base that sits on the print bed is 40 mm. You may want to use a Raft. Your choice.
Example: Since the object starts at 2.4 mm wall at 100%. If you increase the model to 150% the wall will increase to 2.76 mm as will the base thickness of the vase. Make it as big or small as you desire to fit your needs.
Use your normal setting that you prefer to print vases with. However, you must have infill.
I like to print with a .6 mm nozzle and between 10 and 15% infill.
