Slide Box - Pocket Sized

Designed as a small container to slip into a pocket, this box slides open to show a space the area of a playing card. It latches in the fully closed position, and again in the fully open. A small bump in the lid indicates which way should be oriented up when opening the box. Perfect for keeping either an assortment of small bits in your pocket, or a small medical kit, this box is meant to travel on your person, or easily accessible in a pack. The box prints in three pieces; the Outer Shell, the Tray Cap and the Tray itself with an option for a compartmentalized tray or open tray. In one of the pictures, I have a prototype of four trays in the orange box, running across but this inhibited access to the end compartments, so the quad compartments are the final design and work much better. To assemble, the tray will snap into the end cap, no glue needed unless desired. Then (2) M3 socket head cap screws 6mm long will screw through the slots on the outside and into the hole in the tray.
